Thank you for shopping with Vengeance Ware. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders typically take 12–18 business days to be processed, produced, and delivered.

Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note that the 12–18 business day timeframe is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary due to order volume, carrier delays, weather, holidays, production delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Processing

Once an order has been placed, it may enter production shortly afterward. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order is submitted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address and other order information are correct before completing checkout.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Vengeance Ware is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to have the order shipped again.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps.

International Orders

International orders, if offered, may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for applicable customs charges.

International shipping may take longer than the standard 12–18 business day estimate due to customs or carrier delays.
